01Who controls the workspace?

The first person to register becomes the company owner. Owners and appointed administrators invite the team, set company and project roles, and can suspend access immediately.

02Can subcontractors and clients have restricted access?

Yes. Access is granted per project and each member has a specific project role. Financial visibility is controlled separately, so people can update delivery records without seeing rates or commercial totals.

03Can we use our existing mobile or reporting tools?

Yes. The versioned, authenticated API remains part of the same Django application and is designed to support mobile clients and future integrations without duplicating business rules.

04Does it work across currencies and countries?

Each company sets its reporting currency and country, with 68 supported currencies. Tax treatment is configured by project rather than assumed globally.

05How is our data separated?

Company data is isolated at the database schema level in production. Project membership and role permissions are enforced in both the web experience and API.

06How quickly can we start?

The workspace and team can be ready in minutes. A real project typically needs an afternoon to load its contract structure, BOQ and cost codes before the team starts recording work.
